The youth Olympic Weightlifting program is designed for local youths and teens, both male and female, to learn and participate in the sport of weightlifting.
The sport of Olympic Weightlifting is contested along gender, age, and weight classes. This allows for anyone, of any age, and experience to participate.
The program is designed and instructed by middle school teacher and USA Olympic Weightlifting Level One Coach Doug Schultz
Program design and instruction can be utilized as a stand-alone program or in conjunction with an athlete’s other athletic training regimen.
