The youth program is designed for local youths and teens, both male and female, to learn and participate in the sport of weightlifting.
The sport of Weightlifting is contested along gender, age, and weight classes. This allows for anyone, of any age, and experience to participate.
The program is designed and instructed by middle school teacher and USA Weightlifting Level One Coach Doug Schultz
Program design and instruction can be utilized as a stand-alone program or in conjunction with an athlete’s other athletic training regimen.

There will be NO youth weightlifting on Saturday, June 15th, or Sunday, June 16th, due to some of our youth traveling to Pittsburgh for Youth Weightlifting Nationals. We will still have class during our normal time on Thursday.
